Security

In this day and age people are rightly concerned about security, specifically website security of personal and credit card information.

The term Security also covers the security of the domain, hosting space and website including the data in it.

We operate in a very secure environment. The monthly fee we charge covers the cost of maintaining the integrity of the website and updating the software where required as well as backing up the server on a weekly basis. Backups are able to be restored to any web-host if we have any doubt as the security of our hosting space. All visits to the site are logged and can be traced should there be an attack.

The truth is, although we have all these measures in place the actual risk of an attack is very small but we do have them in place just in case.

There is in fact more of a risk someone in your own organisation who will do damage either by accident or otherwise and that is why we have backups and why you have the ability, with one click of a mouse, to remove someone you have a concern about from having access to the website.
