Once we agree a price and payment plan we collect any relevant information for the site from leaflets, brochures, branding or via e-mail.

We take an in depth look at your competitors websites and at the market sector in general.

At this point we design the 'site foundation' with a little information to test colour schemes and the general feel of the layout, menu structure and header images. All our sites are tested in IE6, 7 & 8 as well as Safari, Chrome and Firefox.

The new site is loaded on to our server and does not replace your existing site until it is fully ready.

Once we have your agreement on the site foundation we show you how to edit a page and we create the rest of the pages. This provides you with the chance to edit the pages giving you and or your appointed person(s) confidence in this task.

The facilities are then installed and configured. We ask you and your team to register on the site (if you have purchased a domain name we also set everyone up with an e-mail account) and ask everyone try the website and facilities. As well as testing we obtain feedback and your team can start providing information to populate the site.

Once ready we provide training to your nominated person(s) in the essential elements of the site. After this we make the website public.
